From rent collection and bill pay to direct deposits and detailed financial reports, we provide clear communication and real-time visibility through a dedicated owner portal.

Maintenance, Inspections & Performance

We coordinate 24/7 emergency maintenance, perform annual inspections, and conduct competitive rent analysis to keep your property well-maintained, attractive, and positioned for strong returns.

Additional Management Services

For needs that go beyond standard management, we offer the following services with clear, upfront pricing.

Tenant Placement

We handle marketing your unit, vetting applicants with background checks, and placing qualified tenants for a one-time fee of one month’s rent.

Maintenance Work

Any maintenance beyond the first included hour is billed at a transparent rate of $50 per hour, plus the cost of materials with no markup.

Project Coordination

For larger projects like unit rehabs, landscaping, or snow removal, we oversee vendor coordination for 10% of the vendor’s cost.

Eviction Coordination

If necessary, eviction-related work is billed at $50 per hour.

Additional Inspections

Any property inspections requested outside of the yearly check-in are billed at $75 per door.
