We are John and Rob, and we are here to make your life easier. As investment property owners, we found ourselves underwhelmed with our options for property managers. We found a lot of buildings that had been neglected, repairs that were not done the right way, and tenants that always seemed to be at odds with those who ran their properties.

We decided we could put out a better product and wanted to partner with property owners that wanted to do things the right way. We want to see our buildings and our tenants treated the way we would want to be treated if we rented from us. When doing a repair or unit remodel, we always ask ourselves, would we let ourselves or a loved one live here?

We believe most property managers don’t know who their clients are. Yes, the owners are the clients, but the tenants need to be the clients as well. Having a strong relationship with those living in the properties helps keep vacancies and non-rent payments low, retains quality tenants, and makes the tenants want to treat the building with respect. That philosophy mixed with quality tenant screening, helps our buildings run efficiently.

As former members of the armed services with years of public service experience, we both have strong interpersonal skills and know how to communicate with people. As real estate agents and investors, we know how to find, analyze, and negotiate for the right investment properties so you can reach your financial goals. Buying and maintaining rental properties is not easy or simple, but we are here to both guide and educate you on the entire process, from locating, purchasing, and managing your investments.

We have also grown a list of experienced and trusted contractors that we call on to work on our properties. Having a strong network of skilled workers you can rely on is essential to ensuring the health of your portfolio as well as your bank account.

Centered in the greater Gardner Ma area, we strive to have deep community ties and to be involved as a positive influence on the city and surrounding areas. Although we are based out of Gardner, we service all of Massachusetts.
